Cancellation Policy

To ensure dedicated time and preparation for each client, the following policies apply to all Strategic Clarity & Advisory Sessions: Booking & Payment All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Rescheduling You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice using your booking confirmation link. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may not be accommodated. Cancellations Sessions canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered missed. No-Shows Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Packages Package sessions must be used within 4 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Scope of Service These sessions provide strategic advisory and guidance. They do not constitute legal, financial, or clinical services.
